Librarium combines classical and cutting-edge learning techniques into one immersive experience to help you maximize your study experience!
This guide can help you learn how to use Librarium and where to go if you need extra support. Please remember that this product is still in development. If you experience any issues or bugs, the easiest way to fix them can be to exit and restart the Librarium experience.

How to login to Librarium
- Open Librarium from your Oculus Menu.
- You will see a keyboard input menu in front of you.
- Open Librarium from your Oculus Menu.

- Your first time in the Librarium App will require a login.
- We will provide you with a username and password at the beginning of the study.
- You will not be prompted to login after your first Librarium study session. The username and password will be stored on the device.
How to use the controllers.
- Use the Left Thumbstick to teleport around the Library.
- Engaging the left thumbstick will prompt a location "target". Place the target where you want to go and then release the thumbstick.
- To turn left or right, use the Right Thumbstick or simply turn your head.
- Reach out with your hand and the Use Grip button to pick up items. Let go of the button to release an item.
- While you are holding an item, press the trigger to flip a flash card between the topic and the answer.
- If you are "inside" a multiple term item, press the B button to return to the Library.
How to access the MCAT deck.
- The MCAT deck will automatically load into the Library.
- Magical footsteps will appear on the floor to guide you to the first MCAT item. Follow them!
- Use your controller to grab an item and review the flash card.
- If you feel confident you've memorized that card, lift it high over your head and look at it. It will disappear!
- If you don't feel confident that you've memorized that card, simply place it back where you found it and move on to the next item (follow the footsteps!).
- Some flash cards contain multiple terms. The notes on the card will tell you to place the item on your head so that you can access all the associated terms. Press the B button to pop back into the Library!
How to test your progress.
- The Self Test feature will unlock once you have reviewed every item in the MCAT deck at least once.
- It will appear on the pedestal by the black board as a futuristic tool we call the Fact Blaster!
- Picking up the Fact Blaster will prompt the quiz menu to appear.
- Simply target the answer you would like to choose and blast it by pulling the trigger.
- Answer all the questions so that you can see your Quiz score!
- Feel free to study the MCAT items and take the Quiz as many times as you like. We encourage at least 3 times for the best retention!
